Sister Concern
Set up in 1994, this is a 20.8 Mw power plant istalled to meet the
ever growing energy demands of industrial consumers and to fulfill
the energy reqirements of Ghazi Fabrics International Ltd. This was
the first power plant in Pakistan that utilized CATERPILLAR
engines of USA.
The Power plant runs on Heavy Furnace Oil and has been
declared as a ‘Model Installation’ by SHELL and CATERPILLAR.
This project was a great help in making Ghazi Fabrics a self
sufficient project in terms of electricity and aiding it in achieving
uninterrupted productions. |
